Belonging to the In Stock category means that the product is stocked at the overseas warehouse. In Stock products do not provide customized skin tone, skeleton or eye color, etc., but you can receive it in a shorter time after placing the order. In stock sex dolls and the accessories you chose will be shipped separately, you will receive two packages.

 

Production Time for Customize

It usually takes 3 to 5 weeks for a doll to be made. But depending on the brand and material, it may take less or more.

We ship through UPS, FedEx or EUB. The shipping time shown in the table is calculated from the time the product is finished being made.

 

Track My Order

Once your package has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please keep an eye on your package tracking in case there are any problems (e.g. tracking stopped, missing item, etc.) until it is delivered.

Normally, your package will be shipped directly to your location by FedEx/UPS. You can expect quick logistic updates on your tracking number and monitor your package delivery progress at any time.

However, in some cases, we may choose to transport your package by air to your country and clear customs, after which FedEx or UPS will be responsible for final delivery and updating of logistics information. Before the package arrives in the US, the tracking number will only show that the shipping label has been created. No logistics information will be available. Delivery Change

A.Pick Up: If you plan to pick up your package at a FedEx/UPS store, please inform us of the address before the shipment is sent out. You must call the store to confirm if they allow pickups in case the package is delivered to an invalid or refused address by FedEx/UPS.

B.Change Shipping Address: Please confirm the address is correct before shipment. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent out, please contact us first.

C.Change Delivery Time/Hold On Service: To modify the delivery time, if you are unable to receive the package at the estimated time shown by the courier, you can directly contact the courier to change it to a more suitable date. When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive detailed information from the courier.

Package Doesn’t Arrive

Package Issues

Please report any of the following situations to us immediately upon receipt of your package.

A.Incorrect Package: If you receive the doll and you find that it looks completely different from the factory pictures or the website, just show us a video of the unboxing (with the whole body, the head, the shipping label and the outside of the box). We will arrange a new replacement for you after contacting and checking with our factory and shipping company.

B.Damaged Dolls: If your package is badly damaged, please make a claim with the carrier on receipt. A replacement will be arranged depending on the severity of the damage. For minor damage, a repair kit will be offered.

C.Missing Package: Call UPS/FedEx and file a claim as soon as possible if the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received anything. As a precaution, we add an adult signature service for most packages. (Exceptions may apply.)
