Return and Refund Policy


We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. To make sure you can receive the dolls on time, order processing will start within 24 hours after the order is placed.


Order Cancel

You can’t cancel your doll once it’s in production. If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email within 24 hours after payment.

Please note, that the custom option added doesn't accept cancellation or refund. Please make sure your order is correct before placing the order.


Orders can be modified within 4h

Before your order is processed, you don't have to pay for the free options change. As it is personalized, the order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been started processing.

If your order has already started production, any changes or cancellations would be subject to our returns and refunds policy.


Undeliverable address

Please make sure that the delivery information you provide us with is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Damage and Warranty

Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues.

Please do not use the product until you are sure that there is no problem with it. If the doll has been used, we will not provide refund service.

Check the doll carefully as soon as you receive the package. If you have any dissatisfaction, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours.

Send the email to [email protected]. We will try our best to solve the problem.

For the following cases, we will offer the reshipment, remake or partial refund: 

Wrong dolls: If you receive the doll but find that it looks completely different from the factory pictures or website, please show us an unboxing video (with the full body, head, shipping label and outside of the box). We will check with our factory and carrier company, then send a new doll to you. Please send the wrong doll back to our overseas warehouse. We will pay the shipping cost.

Damaged dolls: In this case, you should make a claim with the carrier when receive your package. The new replacement will be arranged depending on the severity of the damage. For minor damage, we will provide all the necessary kits to help you repair the doll. Please send the wrong doll back to our overseas warehouse. We will pay the shipping cost.

Missing package: If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received anything, please call the carrier company and file a claim as soon as possible.

We cannot replace the sex doll if the damage is caused by you. Sex dolls are not indestructible. Please take good care of your sex doll when using and handling it.


Do Not Return The Package Without Telling Us

Please contact us by email before returning your parcel. Otherwise we will refuse to refund.


Timeframe for refunds

If we agree to the cancellation or return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment or your credit card/PayPal account.

The refund period for different payment methods is as follows.
